Now you know why we still have version checks.  Some changes that seem like
a no-brainer might still break someone's app or alter the user experience in
a noticeable way.  So finding a way to make changes in a backward compatible
way without proliferating a ton of flags through the documentation would be
a good thing (in a granular framework, you might simply choose a different
granule).

There were lots of interesting decisions made by our Experience Design team
(blue focus rings only around text entry controls but not other controls,
bold fonts in certain places, no hand cursors) that are all up for changing.

In this case, I think I would prefer a style so it can be part of a theme.
