A javascript VM exists and works. Dart will be offered as a VM. As apps
move from controlled ecosystems back to the web, it is good for the Flash
Player's continued VM support when other VMs are used. VMs have a strong
future. The Target VM should matter less over the long term if the desired
"Target any UI" model works.
