I'm happy to make any Flex PPMC member who knows their way around jira
an admin for the flex project there, as soon as INFRA-4262 is fixed.

Someone suggested blocking access to our jira instance until the
import of Adobe issues is done, do you think we need that? That might
make sense if you are planning to have the same issue numbers as
before.

Yeah, I think creating a JIRA issue for your import is probably best -
state your needs and infra can reply or create sub-issues as needed.
