The template for the apache etch homepage was changed. I think the result i=
s quite OK and we can retain this the next time.

The Etch documentation (basic description / binding descriptions etc.) coul=
d be separated from the CWiki in the future. Possible documentation formats=
 are docbook or apache Forrest. Apache Forrest is also able to process the =
docbook format so I think the docbook format could be a good basic for docu=
mentation (PDF, HTML, etc.). For the homepage stuff I think we could close =
ETCH-14 too as proposed by Gavin. For the pure etch documentation without a=
ny process and infrastructure stuff, I would like to create a new issue.
