  IPMC/Shepherd notes:
+ johndament: The podling is attempting to graduate, however there are some concerns raised
within the discussion over how big the actual PMC is. There have also been concerns raised
over the removal of committer status.

  IPMC/Shepherd notes:
- johndament: It is concerning seeing a podling list 2 things left before graduation (instead
of 3) when one of them is a right before graduation type of item (complete name search).
I would expect that growing more committers is a much higher priority item to become ready
for graduation. I would also expect some more effort required around the homepage with many
missing links. It's a bit worrisome that there's a Powered By section, it's not obvious how
this list was compiled.
+ johndament: The podling has the right notion of next steps, website is probably the biggest
area of work needed.

  IPMC/Shepherd notes:
+ johndament: The podling has come under fire recently for what is perceived to be an over
abundant amount of requests coming from non-committers. If nothing else, it's a sign that
they are anxious to get going here at Apache and perhaps they need to look at their communication
model, moving more discussion on list, as well as potentially voting in new committers.
