Subject [jira] [Commented] (CTAKES-166) RelationExtractorAggregate.xml is missing a name
Date Fri, 15 Mar 2013 20:00:15 GMT

James Joseph Masanz commented on CTAKES-166:

Sorry I had a typo in the original problem description.
(When using runCVD I also was getting that error about class not found, like you are... and
that led to creation of CTAKES-165)

So I had switched to using runCPE instead of runCVD, and it was runCPE that was giving an
error about aggregate name is null

I would do this:
mvn -PrunCPE compile
And then in the CPE GUI, I would try to add the RelationExtractorAggregate.xml in the middle
And that was (at least one place) where I would see the aggregate name null error.

That error about aggregate name being null no longer appears when I use the latest from trunk
and use -PrunCPE.

Thanks for fixing.

> The descriptor is created by uimaFIT, so it's not just necessarily editing and checking
in the descriptor for the long term fix.
