No problem.

Maybe it is written in a way that it does not depend on it, but instead has basically the
same flow. 
I assumed it actually used an aggregate from within clincal-pipeline, but I didn't check to
make sure it does.
Anyway, we want the direction of the dependency involving clinical-pipeline to all be consistent
I think, whatever we come up with for cTAKES-165.  I know Drug NER depends on clinical-pipeline
and so do a few others.
