Could you also provide the full qualified classname of the Concept object? =
 The dictionary lookup annotator normally populates IdentifiedAnnotation.on=
tologyConceptArr[].UmlsConcept
Just making sure its not a medfacts Concept which is used internally by the=
 assertion module.=20
