You just answered my next question: do we need infrastructure to load this dump file or do
we have access to run svnadmin load ourselves on apache.org.
Not a big deal either way...

+1 to svnadmin dump/load -- ASF infra@ has experience doing this, I

contact them by filing a JIRA issue at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA
and then sending an email to infrastructure@apache.org and coordinating with Daniel Shahaf
or someone else who has experience with this. Shouldn't be too difficult, I think. Thanks
