Many times under osx i have to use the quotes even if I pass the backslash. Any shell I know of understands backslashes, all the way back to the original sh. The shells on OS X are just standard bash and tcsh. I’ve found other places in CouchDB or Erlang that had trouble with spaces in paths, so I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a bug. —Jens | |
