Here is the output, nothing seems odd:
$ date
Tue Dec 22 09:34:33 AST 2009

$ ls -alh /usr/local/share/couchdb/www/index.html
-rw-r--r--@ 1 root  wheel   3.1K Dec 14 21:39 /usr/local/share/couchdb/www/index.html
