Armchair analysis: we are getting an inactivity timeout from one of the par=
ticipating couches:                                    `{inactivity_timeout=
,30000},` that isn=E2=80=99t handled gracefully on the other side of the re=
plication. This isn=E2=80=99t a bug, I think, but we could provide a nicer =
error message.
