Also, one possible solution to this is to have CouchDB store database data in a database (ex.,
_local). Then we get the _changes feed for free. Don't know if that would be any easier to
build than hooking into the existing on database create/delete functions.

Currently if you want to watch the _changes feed or start replication jobs for certain types
of databases (say they're name spaced) you have to get /_all_dbs and then poll it to check
for changes, requiring a full array scan.

every second and scanning a potentially large array.
