I did more tests this afternoon and noticed something weird :

If I connect in http/1.1 i have results around 24s.

If I connect in http/1.0 or explicitly close the connection with http header Connection:close,
results down to :
docs createds in 3s
docs deleted in 1s

(doc deleted don't work anymore on last trunk). 

Seem like couchdb try to reuse the socket even if the client isn't here anymore.
