Thank you.  Xencenter makes it LOOK like it renames the slave 
interfaces, when in fact they are still named "guest_pub". Xencenter 
shows them as "guest_pub(slave)".  I can get VMs added and started 
properly now, but I still cannot communicate with xenserver 6.02 hosts 
with bonded management interfaces.  This is a xenserver/openvswitch 
issue though.
