Hi Dan,
I think you can just set the removed column for the particular host in the db table host.

Hi all,  

I got situation that host is in the Maintenance/Alert state, actual physical host was reinstalled,
so UUID gone. But i can't remove it from CS (3.0.2).In the tomcat log im getting exception:

Seems like CS can't communicate with agent on the host, and not happy about it. But host is
gone, and it can't be restored/rebooted/recovered.
