Subject Re: Using newer DIY SystemVMs

Hi Serge,

We've a wiki (Pl. feel free to edit the wiki in case you think
anything is missing or let us know if you have any questions):
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/How+to+build+on+master+branch

Blog on build automation of appliance using veewee+vbox using jenkins:
http://rohityadav.in/logs/building-systemvms/

Note that they are tested and full proof but we're working on them for
4.2.0 release, so if you end up changing the default distro (Debian)
for the systemvm template, you will have to rework all the patch
scripts in patches/systemvm/debian; but we would love to see people
fork them out to create systemvms based on fedora, arch linux etc. so
we can someday have patches/systemvm/{fedora,arch,gentoo} etc :)

Hope this helps.
