Got it.  The agent.log used to locate in the same dir as setup.log.

Move /etc/cloudstack/agent/log4j-cloud.xml to /etc/cloudstack/agent/log4j.xml. If you don't
have an /etc/cloudstack, but only /etc/cloud, you should build new 4.1 RPMs and install them.
