Subject [jira] [Commented] (CLOUDSTACK-586) exportfs -a gives 'no_subtree_check warning' when following the Installation guide
Date Thu, 31 Jan 2013 18:01:16 GMT

Jeremy Schaffer commented on CLOUDSTACK-586:

This is due to the new syntax of the /etc/exports in Ubuntu. Since it assumes the default
of no_subtree_check the line should read:

/export *(rw,async,no_root_squash,no_subtree_check)

share(s) with rw,async,no_root_squash. For example:
> # vi /etc/exports
> Insert the following line.
> /export *(rw,async,no_root_squash)

> max@ubuntu:~$ sudo exportfs -a

for export "*:/export".
