Folks we are closing on the freeze date and there are many patches waiting to be reviewed in
review board. Please plan on reviewing and closing them soon.

Some stats: 
Patches  with zero reviews: 18
Patches where no reviewer name: 9
Patches updated over 2 weeks ago : 8
