Probably related - when I run "./waf install" on a clean source tree, I =
get=85

"Unable to install the file 'sccs-info' (not found in =
dir:///usr/src/apache-cloudstack-4.0.0-incubating-src)"

The file's getting created - if I run the same cmd a second time =
everything's OK.
