For me the installation process started but had following errors during the process and at the end. unpacking cloud-deps (from .../cloud-deps_4.0.0-rc1_amd64.deb) ... dpkg: error processing /abhinavr/CloudStack-oss-4.0.52-ubuntu12.04/./cloud-deps_4.0.0-rc1_amd64.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite '/usr/share/java/commons-dbcp-1.4.jar', which is also in package libcommons-dbcp-java 1.4-1ubuntu1 dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe) Errors were encountered while processing: /abhinavr/CloudStack-oss-4.0.52-ubuntu12.04/./cloud-deps_4.0.0-rc1_amd64.deb E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) A package failed to install.
