We have this file in the repo:

patches/systemvm/debian/vpn/etc/ipsec.secrets.orig

Why is it there?  If we can remove it, please do so.  If we can't we need to establish our
legal right to have it in the source tree (compat license or was it written by hand (unlikely)).
