I was assuming the CAS data would is already stored by UIMA. I wasn't
proposing to add any new storage.  As it's happening now, when you use the
UIMAResourceTagger or UIMABaseMetadataGenerator data will be added to a
persistent an UIMA-Independent MGraph.
