hi guys,

Has = somebody allready tried to use jmxremote with clerezza?

I somehow struggle to get a connection because of the secu= rity.manager

What I did:

setup up a j= mxremote.password and jmxremote.access file and startet clerezza with the f= ollwing params.

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=3DportNum-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.password.file=3Dpathtofile=
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.access.file=3Dpathtofile

when I try to connect with jconsole it t=
hrows the following exception:

java.lang.SecurityException: attempt to add a Permission to a readonl=
y Permissions object
     &nb=
sp;  at java.security.Permissions.add(Permissions.java:110)=

in the jmx documentation it says:

"If your application runs a security manager, then= additional permissions are required in the security permissions file."= ;

I guess that's the problem - but honestly it doesn't help me much,= since I don't really knwo what it means.

Any ideas?

thanks in advance= .

cheers

franco
