Hi Tsuy

So what’s missing for static files is
- That you can set a list of folder of which the contents override the
static files provided by the bundle
- A documentation of the urn:x-allhosts

Furthermore for a more consistent ssp handling
- Add a URI-resolver for urn:x-allhosts
- register ssp using this URI is prototype
