This is expected sometimes and sometimes not.  It depends on the 2 of the
3 nodes that have the data.  Since you have one node down, that might be
the one where that data goes ;).

THREE: did not work (expected...)
QUORUM: worked (expected...)
ALL: did not work (expected I guess...)
