The issue count for 0.4 is dropping rapidly to zero
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&mode=hide&sorter/order=DESC&sorter/field=priority&resolution=-1&pid=12310865&fixfor=12313862)
so it's time to start accepting patches for 0.5 in parallel with
finishing review on the last 0.4 patches and getting a release
candidate out.

0.4 has thus been branched to
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/cassandra/branches/cassandra-0.4,
so follow that for the increasing 0.4 stability you've come to know
and love.  Trunk is now for 0.5 development.

(This is the point where we can say that, barring show-stopper bugs,
no more changes will be made in the 0.4 API or on-disk format.  Or the
configuration file. :)
