Matthew Baxter-Reynolds commented on CB-1672:
---------------------------------------------

What I'm seeing is that you only get Foobar. Barfoo never displays. On iOS it displays one
then immediately displays the other.

The reason why I bring this up is that in the previous version of the Win8 bit I was looking
at, it actually crashed with a "permission denied" error. (WinRT's reused HRESULT to mean
"I'm already showing that, you can't do it again".) How I found this was that I had some debugging
messages in some temporary code in an active iOS PhoneGap project that I pulled forward to
test on Win8. I accept it has no practical use.

The Cordova version I pulled this morning didn't crash, so I would presume that part has been
fixed?

In hindsight, I wonder whether this is just "should we document this as a quirk"? I'm happy
to do that if so.

> Run this code on Windows 8 and you only get one MessageDialog instance appear:
> {noformat}
>     <script type="text/javascript">
>         $(document).ready(function() {
>             // wire up...
>             navigator.notification.alert("Foobar.");
>             navigator.notification.alert("Barfoo.");
>         });
>     </script>
> {noformat}
> Run it on iOS and you'll get two message (albeit not tidily).
> We either need to create a queue, or document it as a quirk.
