Sorry, I should have elaborated. The fix is to either use the code from the 2.1.0 release
for both the native side and the JS side, or if you want to run off of head, you need to build
yourself a copy of the JS from head by following the instructions here: https://github.com/apache/incubator-cordova-js.
running "jake" puts a copy of cordova.ios.js into the pkg/ directory. and you need to use
that copy in your app.
