Yup, it is up on http://github.com/phonegap/phonegap.

Writing up a blog post for it now. Should be on the PG site later
today/tomorrow.

I am going to be posting the apache cordova release on
http://people.apache.org/~steven/ so it can be reviewed. Will start a new
thread when that is up.
