That is an example, which makes sense to work that way.
A template is a logical starting point for developing an app, which is what
I am talking about.
To me, this is like hitting command+n in textmate and having it spit out a
60 lines textmate header jargon in every new file it creates.

I will however chill for now, and we can discuss later.

Brian and Shaz both replied before I could write this, I will continue ...

Brian, if it is acceptable, can we simply add a comment informing the end
developer that they are free to remove the license header ( aka re-license )

Can we consider this file non creative ?
