The reason the picture wasn't coming up in the Gallery was because when you save the image
to the SD card by default, it won't show up in the gallery until your remount your SD card
(or device reboots).

I've added a small extension to the CameraLauncher plugin so that it implements {{MediaScannerConnection}}.
After it writes a picture file to the device, it will fire off a scan. I put this up on a
