Drew Walters updated CB-757:
----------------------------

    Description:
Add an implementation of the Media API for BlackBerry smartphones. Although WebWorks provides
support for audio API from javascript it had some limitations, so this will be a native implementation.

The first pass at this implementation will not provide custom buffering so streaming a remote
file may take some time to begin playing. Future enhancement could add custom buffering to
improve the response time and also provide seek ability on OS 5.

To enable the Media API in an existing Cordova BlackBerry project the following line needs
added to the projects plugins.xml:

<plugin name="Media"          value="org.apache.cordova.media.Media"/>
