As mentioned this exact same code works on Gingerbread. It just doesn't work on ICS. That
would seem to point at something other than the JS.
CB-500 is to do with RequireJS modules not being loaded when using Cordova 1.6.
This issue is to do with different versions of Android irrespective of the Cordova version.
