I've taken a first stab at updating the BB getting started guide [1] based on the most recent
coho output format [2]. FYI, Github's mark down preview is a bit goofy so it doesn't render
completely correct.

Some things to note:

1. I'm wondering if the video tutorial and more detailed version link (wiki) should be removed
since they can quickly get out of sync.
2. Deploying to a device for playbook needs to be reviewed/updated. I don't have a playbook
so am guessing at those steps.  Looking at BB docs, seems like we may want/need to update
our build process anyway to support debug tokens [3] and/or keystore password [4].
