> There are one main differences between disk based doc value implementation in Blur and
Lucene.  Blur's version supports direct monotonic block packed readers and normal block packed
readers.  This means that it does not pull the pointer data into memory and it requires a
seek to perform a fetch lookup.  The readers are currently reused across threads and because
the readers are not thread safe when using them in a direct mode this causes race conditions.
