Subject [jira] [Closed] (BLUR-141) Super parser issues with legacy super queries
Date Mon, 17 Jun 2013 19:09:20 GMT

Aaron McCurry closed BLUR-141.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

After investigating this issue, this will cause a lot of "guess" work by the parser on how
to group the queries together. I think that the user will need to explicitly group sub queries
together to get the desired behavior.

> There are some issues with the new query parser not automatically grouping fields into
the same superquery when the fields are in the same column family. I think that adding a
boolean parameter to the simplequery object to toggle autogrouping is the right way to go.
