Gagan Deep Juneja commented on BLUR-110:
----------------------------------------

I have listed below validations if any thing is left then please let me know.

1. Family name and Column name : TransactionRecorder.convert
2. Table Name : TableAdmin.createTable()
3. Shard Name : ShardContext.create()

Shouldn't we allow user to define regular expression as blur property to validate these names,
by default we can set value to be "^[a-zA-Z0-9\\_\\-]+$". What you say?

Gagan

> I think that we should allow [A-Za-z0-9_-] in the names of things in Blur. Any other
letters at this point? I would be ok with UTF-8 letters just not special characters, but
it's kind of hard to know what is not a special in other character sets. So I was thinking
we can start with the simplest check.
