i guess you should set the server ip to be 0.0.0.0(,  so that it
could receive  both ip like "202.117.10.57" and loop ip address
"127.0.0.1". If you set the server address as 0.0.0.0(*ADDR_ANY*), it
monitor all the packet the network card recieve.
