I think the only thing missing in the code grant is an explicit statement identifying the code being granted (Exhibit A). We do not need a detailed list of all the files, but I think we do need to identify the major components (Real Class System, MERSMP, for example...) Can you put this information into Exhibit A and rescan the document and send it? Thanks Bill
