I wonder if we can not worry listing the license for jQuery now since the
only copy of jQuery in our distributable is part of Trac (actually, that's
not quite correct since there is a copy in `doc/html-templates/js`,
however, I also wonder if we should just remove the `doc` directory from
the release package). If that is not the case, then we may also need to
list the licenses for jQuery UI and jQuery Timepicker.
