#320: Remove search from mainnav and change behavior of empty search

Comment (by rjollos):

When the ''search'' button is pressed in Trac with no value in the text
box, the page refreshes and no error is displayed. Trac adds a warning
message if the search term is too short.

The `bh_search` template performs am additional check for an empty search
string and displays a warning message that the ''query is too short'' if
the search is empty. This was implemented in #10/r1333006. It seems like
the fix here is to just drop the display of this additional warning
 message.
