Comment:

 r1413457 applies changes based on the work by olemis.

 I skipped the password icon for now, partly because it looked odd with the
 way it lined up with the username field text. I don't know how padding was
 chosen to do this so I felt it would be better to avoid it for now. Reopen
 or raise another ticket to enhance if this is seen to be a huge problem.
