#179: In reports, show year created only if it's not the current year
  Reporter:  jdreimann    |      Owner:  jdreimann
      Type:  enhancement  |     Status:  review
  Priority:  trivial      |  Milestone:  Unscheduled
 Component:  dashboard    |    Version:
Resolution:               |   Keywords:  report
Changes (by gjm):

 * priority:  major => trivial
 * owner:  gjm => jdreimann
 * milestone:  Release 3 => Unscheduled

 I am not sure that this is worth messing with if it is not a target for
 specifying dates in a more flexible way (today, yesterday, last week,
 etc). For this kind of report I suspect it would be better to stick to a
 uniform time format.

 Providing a choice to change the date display to more fuzzy dates (if that
 is the best way of describing this) might be nice but it is not high

 As for the extra height of the table, I think that we have to accept that
 with the amount of information on the page we are going to see this kind
 of thing anyway. Long component and milestone names, statuses and owners
 are all going to contribute to this kind of problem.

 I'm lowering the priority and removing this from Release 3 for now but I
 will pass the review on to jdreimann in case he thinks it is important
 enough to discuss further.
