 trac:#10672 is an upstream tickets to address the need for "deployment
 time" minification of files in the Trac core. There isn't much activity on
 the ticket lately, but the tentative decision was to add minification
 support to the `trac-admin deploy` command line tool so that it would be
 useful for Trac plugins as well. This could help us address the potential
 need (after #255) to minify code in a deployed instance of Bloodhound.

 trac:#10802 and the tickets referenced in its description may also be of
 interest.
