 I realise that many people should know what they are looking at when they
 hit the WikiStart page, it still feels a bit odd not to mention what
 Bloodhound is.

 The WikiStart here, for example, simply states "Apache Bloodhound is a
 tool created for issue tracking and managing of software projects."
