#149: Show 'nobody' link in grey in the ticket system

When in the wiki a page doesn't exist yet, this is shown through a
 GreyTextAndQuestionMark.
When a ticket is owned by nobody, this is shown as a standard red link.
This seems inconsistent, because really, nobody is not a person and is
just a placeholder until a person is assigned.

For that reason I believe that the links to nobody should also be grey.

This is also relevant for all other placeholder values in my view,
although I'm not aware of others currently.
