Currently there's no way to exit out of the wizard once you are on "Initialize JournalNodes", and "Initialize Metadata" pages on which the user is expected to run manual steps.
This is problematic, since if the user is not able to perform the manual steps correctly for whatever reason, the user can never get out of the HA wizard.
Let's display the "X" and ask the user for a confirmation to revert back to non-HA upon clicking it.
