Sumit Mohanty commented on AMBARI-3238:
---------------------------------------

The issue was as follows:
* When an execution command contained configurations then configuration tags were not being
expanded while sending commands to the agent.
* Decommission task included "hdfs-exclude-file" as a configuration (and not a tag)
* This the agent did not receive "global" configuration which it relies on to generate the
site-N.pp file

The fix is to store "hdfs-exclude-file" as a tag.

> On a 2node cluster (second host was Added via Add Hosts wizard, but the same was reproduced
on a 3-node cluster with regular nodes' deployment)
> 1. On second host perform Decommission of DataNode.
> 2. The first host goes to state *Heartbeat lost* in UI (*host1-state.png*), doesn't seem
to recover from it.
